Important Notice Regarding Past Due Reminders

MPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PAST DUE REMINDERS - September 25th, 2026

Due to a recent software upgrade, changes were made to certain system functions that were not communicated to us in advance. As a result, some customers enrolled in Direct Withdrawal (Automatic Withdrawal) were inadvertently sent Past Due reminder notices.

We are aware of the issue and want to assure our customers enrolled in Automatic Withdrawal; they are not at risk of disconnection as a result of these notices. We have contacted our software provider to identify the cause of the issue and determine the best solution to prevent this from occurring in the future.

We apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
