The City has retained a contractor to inspect selected sewer mains using closed‑circuit television (CCTV) equipment. They will be performing this inspection beginning April 20th through May 20th, 2026, Monday – Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.; work is weather dependent.
This equipment allows for a detailed inspection of the inside of sewer pipes without the need for excavation. The inspections will help identify issues such as cracks, leaks, blockages, and areas where excess water enters the system, known as infiltration and inflow (I&I).
Based on the inspection results, the City will evaluate available repair options and determine where initial efforts should be focused to achieve the greatest reduction in I&I. Temporary Road closures may be required during the inspection process in the following areas:
