Two Council Member Seats are open for election. The following candidates have filed for Election:

Dan H Henderson (Incumbent) | Michael N. Bradley (Incumbent) | Roberto Santos

The Mayor position is uncontested. Pursuant to DE Code Title 15, Section 7555(j) and City of Seaford Charter Section 7(A) This position will not appear on the ballot and the candidate will assume office without election on May 12th, 2026.

To be eligible to vote, you must be registered with the State of Delaware Department of Elections by 5:00 p.m. on March 27th, 2026. The Voter Registration Kiosk at City Hall is available for residents who need to register. You may also register online at https://ivote.de.gov/VoterView.

To be eligible to vote as a non-resident property owner, he or she must be the owner on record for a period of six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the Annual Municipal Election (October 17, 2025) and shall have one vote provided he or she is registered in the "Book of Registered Voters" maintained at the City Hall by 4:00 p.m. on March 27th, 2026. To request an absentee ballot, please visit City Hall Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., or by appointment if you are unable to visit during these normal business hours.
