Tax Appeals for the City of Seaford for the upcoming July 1st, 2026 - June 30th, 2027, tax year will be held on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, located at 414 High Street, Seaford, Delaware.

A current Property Assessment Listing will be available for public inspection beginning January 30th, 2026, at the Seaford District Library (600 N. Market Street Extension) and at City Hall (414 High Street).

Please note this appeal process applies only to City of Seaford tax assessments and does not pertain to Sussex County tax assessments.

Property owners must contact the City of Seaford Tax Department no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9th, 2026.
