City SealOur Boards, Committees and Commissions are appointed by the Mayor each year.  Individuals who have an interest in serving our community may submit an letter of interest to the City Clerk. Letters can be submitted by mail or via email.

In compliance with the State of Delaware House Bill 293, the City's policy provides individuals the opportunity to participate in public comment at an public meeting held by the City of Seaford. Each speaker will have (3) three minutes to present their public comment.  Signing up to speak is encouraged and can be completed by filling out the form below or by signing in at the meeting.
