Carson Hastings with the Delaware State Society Children of the American Revolution partnered with the City of Seaford and launched the Seaford Hometown Heroes project. Due to increased interest and more donations, more banners are possible! The cost is free through fundraising efforts. To request a banner, you can pick up an application at City Hall or access it HERE and send the completed application with a photo of the hero in uniform to [email protected].
