Seaford Industrial Park
Seaford's Industrial Park is a 128-acre tract of flat land on the north side of the city, and is fully serviced with water, sewer, waste disposal, and electricity. Easily accessible by rail and truck transportation, it is only one mile from U.S. Route 13. Phase II is currently underway, which will add 150 acres to the Park. The Seaford Industrial Park's central East Coast location and its attractive, ecologically sound and level sites make it ideal for manufacturing firms.
The Seaford Industrial Park currently has the following tenants: BASF, Creative Touch Interiors, CCX, Craig Technologies, Linco USA, Orient Chemical, Seaspray Aerosol, Inc., ES Steel, Regional Builders Dock/Door and Kwik Dock Steel Erectors, Southern Metals, E&D Holdings and Century Window Fashions.
