- Property must be located within the corporate limits of the City of Seaford.
- $25 per property listing fee.
- Contact Information and a brief two to three sentence summary of the property is required in addition to the Fact sheet.
- Survey Plot, Fact Sheet and Tax Map must be submitted in PDF format.
- At least one photo of the property is required, but a maximum of seven is allowed.
- All Properties will be listed by address.
- Notification is required when property is no longer available.
- NO RESIDENTIAL LISTINGS WILL POSTED
